Our Custom Cakes are made fresh to order here at Tratto by our Pastry Team, led by Bethany Farnell and Head Chef Christa Chase. Available exclusively to guests with reservations who are dining in, these cakes are crafted to enhance your experience and make any occasion—birthdays, anniversaries, or just a night worth celebrating—even more memorable.
Tratto Original Sheet Cakes
Each Sheet Cake feeds 6-12 guests.
Tres Leches
Vanilla bean and cinnamon milk-soaked sponge cake, topped with beaten cream and spiced candied pecans.
Tiramisu
Cave Creek Coffee Roastery espresso and whisky-dunked homemade sponge ladyfingers, layered with vanilla bean mascarpone mousse and Valrhona dark chocolate shavings.
Francesca’s Birthday Cake (with Seasonal Fruit)
Light and fluffy sponge cake with vanilla bean custard cream and chocolate ganache—Chris Bianco’s birthday cake, just like his mother used to make.
