Here at Tratto, we work hard to create an elevated dining experience that is warm and welcoming, like the dinners you’d have at a classic Italian Trattoria. By focusing on fresh and local ingredients, our beautiful Italian dishes have a Southwestern flare that honors the communities we live in.

Tratto originally opened at the Town & Country Shopping Center in 2016, next door to Pizzeria Bianco. In 2020, we moved into the old Roland’s Market Building a few miles away in order to provide our guests with more space to dine. In September of 2025, we officially moved back to our original location at Town & Country, where we will continue serving dishes made with love and intention. We are excited to continue our journey, and can’t wait for you to experience Tratto.
