Tratto, an Italian and Southwestern inspired trattoria by Chris Bianco. At Tratto, classic Italian dishes meet the local ingredients the Southwest has to offer.

Located in Phoenix just one mile from downtown’s Pizzeria Bianco, Tratto opened in 2016 next to Pizzeria Bianco at Town & Country. In 2020, we moved to our current location at 1505 East Van Buren, in the old Roland’s Market building. We highlight the beauty and simplicity of many Italian dishes while still incorporating the freshness of the food the Southwest has to offer.
